This chronograph, surprising for its cycling focus based on the "fixed" lug FXD concept originally introduced with the FXD Marine Nationale, diverges from typical models like the Black Bay Chrono. Instead, this Cycling Edition builds on the legacy of the Pelagos FXD Chrono, previously only available as the Alinghi Red Bull Racing Edition, cementing its role as a sports-themed watch tied to Tudor’s sponsorships.The 43mm case with a thickness of 13.2mm is crafted from carbon composite, providing a light and durable housing with a matte black finish.This design is particularly apt for cycling, focusing on lightweight performance. On the flipside is a solid titanium caseback, enhancing the watch's durability and sporty aesthetic.It comes equipped with a fixed bezel featuring a precision 60-minute scale and direct-action pushers for the chronograph function. This red framing also serves the model's main motif by aligning with the thematic elements of cycling.The dial continues its original design ethos with large white Snowflake hands and squared hour markers, both fashioned from luminescent ceramic composite to ensure visibility in low-light conditions.

The “Tudor Pelagos FXD Chrono Cycling Edition” (Ref#: M25827KN-0001) is powered by an in-house self-winding mechanical movement, caliber MT5602 with 25 jewels and 28,800 vph. It comes equipped with a bi-directional rotor system and variable inertia balance, micro-adjustment by screw. Power reserve can last up to 70 hours, when fully wound.Mounted by a single-piece black fabric strap, secured by a blackened pin buckle.
