Warranty

Element iN Time NYC provides a full one year warranty on all our certified pre-owned watches. The warranty is renewable every year for a fixed fee and upon a service visit. The warranty does not cover physical damage, negligence on behalf of the user or abuse exceeding the manufactures limitations, nor regular wear and tear to the item itself. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Element iN Time NYC. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Element iN Time NYC will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period. Third party repairs will not be Element iN Time NYC responsibility, if you submit the wristwatch you purchased from us to the manufacture and/or an independent watchmaker or service center please do not assume that Element iN Time NYC will pay the bill. . Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact Element iN Time NYC to submit a warranty claim prior to shipping.

Un-Worn Timepieces

Due to the fact of Element iN Time NYC not being an authorized agent of any of the brands advertised, the manufactures will not honor the factory warranty of any items that presume to be sold through us. Because of this Element iN Time NYC will provide you with an equivalent warranty that mirrors the manufactures warranty. The duration will be the same, as well as the terms which are manufactures defects only. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Element iN Time NYC.
