Returns & Exchanges

All purchases have a 24-hour approval period once the shipment is received and if there is any sort of misrepresentation between what is advertised and what is delivered, you have the right to request a full refund with no questions asked.

In the case that Element iN Time NYC is not at fault for the return request, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 35% of the transaction amount (which mostly applies to special orders). We understand that returns are part of purchasing products online and of course we are always willing to work out a fair solution for both parties.

Exchanges of anything equal or greater in value may be offered as an option in some cases. For this to work, the request must be initiated within 24-hours of the shipment being received and of course, the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received.
