A visit to our showroom to me us in person and physically inspect and pick-up merchandise is also possible upon request.

Element iN Time NYC is not an authorized merchant for any of the advertised brands. In fact, we aren't affiliated in any way to the brands we sell. We are wholesalers that buy from Authorized Dealers, in bulk and all over the world.

Element iN Time NYC has multiple sources worldwide, fruit of the 30+ years in business. We buy in bulk and we have no bounds with the factories that enforce full retail price sales, guaranteeing the end consumer a discounted price.

We can't legally re-sell these items and imply that the factory warranty is valid. That's why all new watches will come with a 2 year international warranty from Element iN Time NYC. The warranty will cover manufacturer's defects only. Shipping expenses to and from our offices will not be covered.

Element iN Time NYC must collect NY State Sales Tax (8.875%) for every watch shipped within New York State. We do not collect sales tax for items shipping out of New York State. IVA/VAT or other international custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Percentages may vary from country to country.

Element iN Time NYC has two different policies:

US Buyers: May pay via credit card, PayPal, certified checks, bank wire transfer or cash on pick-up
International Buyers: direct bank wire transfer only

Element iN Time NYC ships preferably via FedEx Priority. we can also use UPS. Insurance is via a third party company and will be for the full value of the package. We ship the same day we receive payment unless otherwise agreed with us.
