Are the items offered on Element in Time NYC authentic?
Element iN Time NYC guaranties all items offered on the site to be 100% authentic and genuine. No knock-offs or replicas, only the real deal. Everything is put in writing.
How can I be sure that I will receive what I paid for?
We have over 15 years of online business and over 40 years with a physical presence. We wouldn't be around this long if we weren't doing things right. Having a large returning client base is the most important to us, so we want you back!
Is Element iN Time NYC an authorized agent for the brands they advertise?
Element iN Time NYC is not an authorized merchant for any of the advertised brands. In fact, we aren't affiliated in any way to the brands we sell. We do however deliver 100% authentic watches from the brands.
How can Element iN Time NYC offer these amazing discounted prices?
Element iN Time NYC has multiple sources worldwide, fruit of the 40+ years in business. We buy in bulk to be able to offer these great deals to you.
Do you have a physical showroom where I can try on the watch?
Yes, we do and we would love to have you visit us. As long as the watch is in our showroom, you are more than welcome to come. Please confirm availability prior to making an appointment.
Of course, this does not apply to unworn watches. We make sure we deliver unworn watches when unworn watches are purchased.
Will the unworn watches be covered by manufacturer warranty?
We mirror the factory warranties, so if a manufacturer has a 5 year warranty, you will be covered for the 5 years.
Are taxes included in the price?
No, they will calculated on top of the advertised price if applicable.
We are currently obligated to collect sales tax in NY, NJ, FL, GA, MD, AZ & SC. The rate varies based on the zip code of the shipping address.
VAT, Duties or any other import costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Percentages may vary from country to country..
What is the best price?
The best price for us would be the price posted, so feel free to proceed with the purchase ;)
Ok, I found the watch I wanted! How do I proceed?
If we have posted the watch you want, please contact us to confirm availability. After you know the watch is in stock and understand and concur with our terms and conditions of use, please follow the BUY link and proceed to check out.
When was the watch last serviced?
If a watch has official service records, it will be mentioned in the description.
If it does not, it has gone through our in-house service center. All watches are tested prior to delivery so you will be receiving a watch working up to manufacturer specs.
Shipping questions
Is my shipment fully insured?
Yes, the shipment is fully insured from the moment FedEx picks up until it is signed for at the shipping address.
Does the shipment require a signature?
Yes, ALL shipments require a signature upon reception.
How long does shipping take?
If the watch is in stock, it ships within one business day. If the watch is to be ordered, it may vary so please reach out to confirm availability prior to making the purchase.
Options available: FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Priority Overnight & FedEx International Priority (2-5 business days).
Returns questions
If I received the watch and just don't like it, can I return it?
If it is a special order, you can return it but it is subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.
If it is a stock piece, you can return it for full credit towards anything else of equal or greater value.
If I decide I want to return a watch I just purchased, do I get a full refund?
The only instance where you receive a full refund of a returned watch is if we are at fault and there is a discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered.
What should I do if I want to return a watch?
Communication is key! Please either call or email to initiate the return request with one of us.
