IWC
A combination of American style and Swiss technology. Florentine Ariosto Jones, an American from Boston, rented his first factory in Schaffhausen, Switzerland in 1869. Florentine Ariosto Jones had set a goal to combine the American system of mechanism with the detailed work of the Swiss.
The IWC factory was the only watch factory in East Switzerland even until this day.
