Tudor continues to refine its most modern tool-watch expression with the Black Bay Ceramic, now updated for 2026 with a fully integrated ceramic bracelet. First introduced in 2021 as the brand’s debut Master Chronometer-certified model, the Black Bay Ceramic already stood apart for its technical credentials and stealth aesthetic. This latest evolution builds on that foundation, delivering a more cohesive, all-black execution that enhances both durability and visual impact, while retaining the robust dive-watch DNA that defines the collection.
The 41mm case is crafted from matte black ceramic with a micro-blasted finish, giving the watch its signature stealth appearance while offering high resistance to scratches and wear. Its proportions remain consistent with previous iterations, maintaining a balanced and purposeful profile suited to everyday use.
Turning the watch over, the screw-down caseback ensures structural integrity and contributes to the model’s robust construction, reinforcing its credentials as a professional-grade dive watch.
The case is equipped with a screw-down crown and a unidirectional rotating bezel in black PVD-treated steel, fitted with a ceramic insert featuring engraved 60-minute graduations. A domed sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the overall construction ensures reliable performance. Water-resistance can reach up to 200 meters (660 feet).
The dial follows a clean, monochromatic approach, presented in a domed charcoal-black surface with a sun-ray satin finish that subtly interacts with light. This restrained palette reinforces the watch’s stealth aesthetic while preserving the depth expected from the Black Bay collection.
Applied hour markers are paired with Tudor’s signature Snowflake hands, maintaining the brand’s recognizable design language. The layout remains balanced and highly legible, with clear contrast between the hands, indices, and dial base despite the all-black execution.
Finishing details bring the dial to life, with the sunray texture adding dimension and visual variation across the surface. All markers and hands are treated with Grade A Swiss Super-LumiNova, delivering strong low-light visibility and ensuring the watch remains highly functional in all conditions.
