To mark its return as Official Timing Partner of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, TAG Heuer has unveiled the Monaco Chronograph x Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026.

Rather than taking the collection in a more technical direction, this limited edition embraces classic British motorsport styling with a British Racing Green dial, beige accents, and vintage-inspired details. Produced in just 71 pieces, the watch celebrates one of the world’s most prestigious automotive events while paying tribute to the Monaco’s enduring racing heritage.

The TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph x Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 is housed in the collection’s signature square stainless-steel case measuring 39mm by 39mm, with a thickness of 15mm and a 47mm lug-to-lug distance. Finished with alternating brushed and polished surfaces, the case retains the instantly recognizable Monaco silhouette while offering the robust construction expected from the modern collection.

Turning the watch over reveals a sapphire crystal caseback secured by four screws, offering a view of the in-house Calibre TH20-00 automatic chronograph movement. The exhibition caseback is decorated with the Goodwood Festival of Speed logo, reinforcing the collaborative nature of this exclusive edition.

The signed crown is positioned at 3 o’clock and is flanked by polished chronograph pushers that control the stopwatch functions. Protecting the dial is a beveled sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, while water resistance can reach up to 100 meters (330 feet).

The highlight of this special edition is its British Racing Green lacquered dial with a refined sunray-brushed finish, inspired by classic British sports cars and traditional racing liveries. Contrasting beige chronograph registers and a matching circular minute track reinforce the vintage motorsport aesthetic while giving the display exceptional warmth and depth.

The classic Monaco chronograph layout remains intact with small seconds, 30-minute, and 12-hour counters, accompanied by a discreet date display. Racing-inspired details include red chronograph register hands, a black central chronograph seconds hand tipped with a checkered flag, and a red marker at the 39-second position, commemorating the current Goodwood Festival of Speed Hillclimb record set by Max Chilton in 2022 driving the McMurtry Spéirling.

Rhodium-plated hour markers and hands are filled with Super-LumiNova to ensure excellent legibility in low-light conditions. Their bright finish contrasts beautifully against the deep green dial while preserving the Monaco’s timeless sporting character.
