The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 Multicoloured Jubilee Dial brings a playful twist to one of the brand’s most fundamental designs. Long defined by restraint and versatility, the Oyster Perpetual now embraces a more expressive side. This new version celebrates color and pattern, while keeping the essence of what makes the model so enduring.
The case measures 36mm in diameter and retains the familiar Oyster profile. It is crafted from Oystersteel, with brushed surfaces and polished sides that catch the light subtly. The proportions remain balanced and highly wearable, preserving the everyday character of the watch.
On the reverse, the caseback is solid and screwed down, maintaining the model’s traditional construction. The finishing is clean and functional, with no display window, reinforcing the tool-watch roots of the Oyster Perpetual.
The Twinlock screw-down crown ensures secure operation and contributes to the watch’s durability. A flat sapphire crystal sits above the dial, offering clarity and scratch resistance.
The construction remains robust and reliable. Water-resistance can reach up to 100 meters (330 feet).
The dial is the clear focal point. It features a multicoloured lacquered surface built around the Jubilee motif. The pattern repeats across the dial in a playful, almost chaotic way, using a palette of ten different colours.
Despite its bold appearance, the layout remains familiar. Applied hour markers and hands in 18k white gold provide structure and contrast. The classic three-hand display keeps the watch easy to read, even with the busy background.
There is depth in the layering of colours and printed elements. Light reflects differently across the lacquer, giving the dial a lively character. The contrast between the bright tones and the metallic markers helps maintain legibility.
Luminescent material is applied to the hands and markers, emitting a blue glow in low-light conditions.

The “Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 Multicoloured Jubilee Dial” (Ref#: 126000) is powered by the in-house self-winding mechanical movement, caliber 3230 with 31 jewels, and 28,800 vph. It comes equipped with the Chronergy escapement, Parachrom hairspring, and Paraflex shock absorbers, ensuring efficiency, durability, and resistance to magnetic fields. Power reserve can last up to 70 hours, when fully wound.
Mounted on this watch is a three-link Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel, secured by an Oysterclasp with Easylink extension. The brushed finish keeps it understated, allowing the dial to stand out.
