Rolex adds a vivid splash of color to its legendary chronograph lineup with a new yellow gold Cosmograph Daytona featuring a striking turquoise lacquer dial and Oysterflex bracelet. 
This bold new execution blends sportiness and luxury, reinforcing the Daytona’s status as both a tool watch and a symbol of refined taste. With its contrasting black Cerachrom bezel, signature panda-style subdials, and a familiar but arresting dial tone that evokes the current appetite for pastel blue hues, this latest release is positioned to stir conversation and command attention in the display cases.
The 40mm case is crafted entirely from polished 18k yellow gold. The profile remains classic Daytona with rounded crown guards, slim lugs, and a streamlined silhouette that balances athleticism with elegance. The polished surfaces throughout highlight the case’s curvature, giving the watch a refined and confident presence on the wrist. Framing the dial is a fixed black Cerachrom bezel, engraved with a tachymeter scale in golden markings for sharp contrast and functionality.
On the flipside Rolex opts for a traditional screw-down caseback in matching gold rather than the sapphire display introduced on other 2025 Daytona models. The solid back keeps with the heritage of the collection and reinforces its robustness. Topping the watch is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a subtle dome, offering clarity and protection while maintaining the Daytona’s familiar shape and proportions.
The case is equipped with screw-down chronograph pushers and a Triplock winding crown, all in 18k yellow gold, contributing to the model’s water resistance. 
The pushers have a refined tactile response, enhancing the chronograph’s ease of use. Water-resistance can reach up to 100 meters (330 feet).
The standout feature of this new reference is undoubtedly its lacquered turquoise dial. Though not officially associated with Tiffany & Co., the shade flirts closely with that highly recognizable hue, drawing immediate attention with its cool, saturated tone. The high-gloss finish enhances the richness of the color and provides a dramatic backdrop to the subdials and applied details.
Three black subdials are arranged in the traditional Daytona layout, offering sharp contrast against the turquoise base. Each features circular azurage finishing that creates a dynamic play of light, while the surrounding gilt rings in yellow gold bring added depth and cohesion with the case. 
The “Daytona” name printed in red above the 6 o’clock counter offers a vibrant pop of color, while the white outer minute track ensures precise readings.
Complementing the dial are yellow gold applied hour markers and baton-style hands, all outlined in black to enhance contrast. These elements are filled with Chromalight, Rolex’s proprietary luminescent compound, emitting a bright blue glow in low-light conditions and ensuring legibility at all hours.

This “Rolex Cosmograph Daytona” (Ref#: 126518LN) is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement, caliber 4131 with 47 jewels, and 28,800 Vph. It features a column wheel, vertical clutch, and Rolex’s patented Chronergy escapement for efficient chronograph operation. A blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers boost resistance to shocks and magnetism. Accuracy is rated at −2/+2 seconds per day, though its refined mechanics remain hidden beneath a solid screw-down caseback. Power reserve on this timepiece can last up to 72 hours, when fully wound.
It comes paired with Rolex’s Oysterflex bracelet, a hybrid construction of flexible metal blades over moulded with black elastomer for durability and comfort. 
Its polished 18k yellow gold end links match the case and integrate seamlessly, while the folding Oysterlock clasp includes the Easylink extension system, allowing for 5mm of tool-free adjustment.
