Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 7147G-010 Milano 2026

Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 7147G-010 Milano 2026

Patek Philippe gives one of its most traditional complications an unexpectedly contemporary treatment with the new Perpetual Calendar Ref. 7147G-010, created for the Watch Art Grand Exhibition Milan 2026. Limited to 100 pieces and reserved exclusively for the Italian market, the watch combines a compact 38mm white gold Calatrava case and ultra-thin caliber 240 Q with a green lacquered dial featuring the carbon-inspired pattern associated with more contemporary Patek Philippe designs such as the Calatrava Ref. 6007. Italian-language calendar indications, a matching green alligator strap with a subtle tricolore detail and a commemorative “Patek Philippe Milano 2026” caseback complete this distinctly Italian interpretation of the classic perpetual calendar.

The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Ref. 7147G-010 is housed in a fully polished 18k white gold Calatrava case measuring 38mm in diameter and 9.72mm thick. Its simple round architecture and restrained dimensions provide a traditional foundation for the considerably more contemporary dial treatment, while recessed correctors allow the perpetual calendar indications to be adjusted when necessary.

A sapphire crystal caseback reveals the ultra-thin caliber 240 Q and its off-center 22k gold micro-rotor. The rear crystal is transfer-printed with the commemorative “Patek Philippe Milano 2026” inscription identifying the watch with the exhibition. Patek Philippe also supplies an ebony and 18k white gold stylus for operating the recessed calendar correctors.

The crown maintains the clean, classical proportions of the polished Calatrava case, while a sapphire crystal protects the dial and another provides an unobstructed view of the movement from the reverse. Water-resistance can reach up to 30 meters (98 feet).

The defining feature of the Ref. 7147G-010 is its green lacquered dial, with the center decorated by a geometric “carbon” pattern that introduces a distinctly contemporary character to the traditional perpetual calendar. Applied white gold Arabic numerals surround the patterned center, accompanied by baton-style hour and minute hands and white varnished hands for the calendar indications.

The perpetual calendar displays the day, date and month by hands, together with the leap-year cycle and a 24-hour indication. A moon-phase display occupies the 6 o’clock position, while the remaining calendar information is distributed around the dial. In recognition of the watch’s Milan debut and exclusive availability in Italy, the calendar indications are presented in Italian.

The applied white gold numerals and central baton-style hour and minute hands receive a white luminescent coating, introducing low-light visibility to the otherwise classically proportioned perpetual calendar. Contrasting white indications against the rich green lacquer and textured carbon-pattern center further separate the calendar information while preserving the monochromatic character of the dial.

Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Milano 2026

The “Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Milano 2026” (Ref#: 7147G-010) is powered by the self-winding mechanical movement, caliber 240 Q with 27 jewels, 275 components and a frequency of 21,600 vph, or 3Hz. Measuring just 3.88mm thick, the ultra-thin movement uses an off-center 22k gold micro-rotor for automatic winding and comes equipped with a Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring. Its perpetual calendar displays the day, date, month, leap-year cycle and 24-hour indication, together with the phases of the moon at 6 o’clock. Power reserve can last between 38 and 48 hours, when fully wound.

Mounted on this watch is a shiny green alligator leather strap that continues the color of the lacquered dial onto the wrist. Near the buckle, the strap incorporates a subtle finishing detail in the green, white and red colors of the Italian flag, further identifying the watch with its Milan presentation and Italian-market exclusivity. It is secured by an 18k white gold prong buckle.
