The Panerai Submersible Elux Lab-ID refines the notion of robust watchmaking with its imposing dimensions. The watch showcases a 49mm diameter and a thickness of 21.6mm, encased in innovative Blue Ti-Ceramitech. 
This material not only lends a striking visual appeal with its vibrant color but also boasts significant benefits such as being 44% lighter than steel and having a fracture toughness ten times higher than traditional ceramic.On the flip side, the Panerai Submersible features a caseback crafted from the same Blue Ti-Ceramitech as the case and bezel, creating a seamless aesthetic continuity. 
This choice emphasizes the watch’s high-tech construction and durability, aligning with its deep-diving capabilities. The caseback is robust, designed to withstand the pressures encountered during deep-sea exploration, encapsulating the advanced engineering Panerai is known for.
It comes equipped with a unique protector at eight o’clock that covers a pusher. This pusher activates the watch’s revolutionary microgenerator lighting system, illuminating the dial and bezel LEDs—a technological marvel inspired by historical electroluminescent technology.

The “Submersible Elux Lab-ID” (Ref#: PAM01800) is powered by the in-house automatic mechanical movement, caliber P.9010/EL with six barrels, 28,800 vibrations per hour, and a mechanical microgenerator. It comes equipped with a unique energy conversion system that transforms mechanical motion into electrical energy to illuminate the dial’s LED indices. Power reserve can last up to 72 hours when fully wound.
Mounted on the watch is a blue rubber bracelet with a tapering design, secured to the wrist by a titanium pin buckle.
