Officine Panerai Luminor Luna Rossa
This partnership between Officine Panerai and Team Luna Rossa has been going on since 2017 and led to nine watch creations within that collection. There have also been multiple victories which included the Prada Cup during the most recent edition of this historic nautical competition. Now in anticipation of the upcoming 2024 America’s Cup in Barcelona, they have renewed their partnership and released this special limited edition “Luminor Luna Rossa”.The 44mm case is made of stainless-steel with an overall polished finish, which we can see throughout the full surface, casebands and short stubby lugs with those exposed screws. 
Mounted to the case is also a mirror-like steel polished bezel. The only contrasting element appears in the form of the large crown guard with a vertically brushed finish.
On the flip-side is a solid screw-on steel caseback with a brushed finish. It has been inscribed with some technical indications, but unlike previous Luna Rossa models there are no team logos in sight. 
It also comes equipped with the aforementioned iconic extra reinforced Panerai crown guard featuring a detachable security lever. All topped by a sapphire crystal, water-resistance on this watch can reach up to 100 meters (328 feet).
Time is exhibited on a white dial with grayed hour index markers and the Arabic numerals: 3, 6, and 12. This edition introduces the addition of a new color to this collection's palette. A rather simple, but effective design for what has become the entry-level model for the “Luna Rossa” line.
All these elements appear as cut-aways on Panerai’s iconic “sandwich” layered dial. Except for the upper-half “LUMINOR PANERAI” and lower-half “LUNA ROSSA” inscriptions, which have been printed directly on the dial.
It also includes a small seconds sub-dial aligned with the 9 o’clock position, which adds a touch of color in the form of a red hand that significantly stands out among the predominant white hue. 
The central steel hands, sub-seconds, hour index markers and Arabic numerals have all been fitted with a green luminescent coating, for an enhanced legibility.
Officine Panerai Luminor Luna Rossa
The “Officine Panerai Luminor Luna Rossa” (Ref#: PAM01342) is powered by the in-house hand-wound mechanical movement, caliber P.6000 with 19 jewels, 15 1/2 lignes, 110 components and 21,600 vph. Power reserve on this watch can last up to 72 hours (3 days), when fully wound.
This watch includes two straps: a gray bi-material strap with a red stripe and the team’s logo, or a black rubber strap, both secured to the wrist by a steel pin buckle.
