Since then, the model has evolved through a series of distinctive interpretations, including rose gold and carbon gold editions. For 2026, Bulgari presents a new monochromatic execution that emphasizes the architectural purity of the design. The new Octo Finissimo Perpetual Calendar Ref. 104262 combines the collection’s record-setting ultra-thin profile with a striking blue PVD-treated titanium construction, creating a contemporary and highly technical interpretation of one of modern watchmaking’s most impressive perpetual calendars.

The Bulgari Octo Finissimo Perpetual Calendar retains the distinctive architecture that has become synonymous with the collection. Crafted from sandblasted titanium with a blue PVD treatment, the case showcases the signature interplay of geometric surfaces, sharp facets, and octagonal forms that define the Octo Finissimo family. Measuring 40mm in diameter and just 5.80mm thick, it remains one of the thinnest perpetual calendar watches ever produced, while its monochromatic blue finish lends the watch a contemporary and highly technical appearance.

Turning the watch over reveals a sapphire crystal caseback offering a view of the manufacture calibre BVL 305. Measuring only 2.75mm thick, this ultra-thin automatic movement forms the technical foundation of the watch and is responsible for integrating a full perpetual calendar complication within the remarkably slim overall profile.

Complementing the monochromatic blue case is a polished stainless steel setting crown fitted with a black ceramic insert, providing a subtle visual contrast against the sandblasted titanium surfaces. Measuring 36.60mm in diameter and only 2.75mm in thickness, this ultra-thin caliber represents one of the most impressive achievements in contemporary perpetual calendar watchmaking. It comes equipped with hours, minutes, small seconds, day, date, month, leap year, and perpetual calendar indications, automatically accounting for the varying lengths of months and leap years. Power reserve can last up to 60 hours, when fully wound.

Mounted on this watch is a matching blue alligator leather strap secured by a polished titanium pin buckle.
