Bulgari has unveiled a new limited-edition version of its celebrated Octo Finissimo, created in collaboration with renowned Korean minimalist artist Lee Ufan. Known for blending artistic philosophy with high design, this collaboration brings together Bulgari’s architectural watchmaking and Ufan’s meditative aesthetics. The result is the Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan x Bulgari, a titanium timepiece defined by a mirrored dial and a unique hand-filed finish across its ultra-thin case and integrated bracelet. With only 150 pieces produced, this model offers a highly collectible, art-inspired take on one of the brand’s most iconic designs.
This watch is housed in a finely sculpted titanium case that measures 40mm in diameter and just 5.5mm thick, reinforcing the signature ultra-thin profile of the Octo Finissimo line. Its surface displays a distinctive asymmetric hand-filed finish, evoking the crystalline textures of stone or meteorite. The recessed segments of the bracelet are sandblasted for contrast, while the bezel is treated with a radial brushed finish that enhances the polygonal geometry of the design.Turning the watch over reveals a sapphire display caseback that exposes the automatic movement within. On the inner surface of the crystal, the artist’s signature is printed alongside the phrase “Limited Edition of 150,” subtly marking its exclusivity. It is equipped with a platinum micro-rotor, which helps preserve the movement’s ultra-thin profile. Power reserve can last up to 60 hours, when fully wound.
Mounted on this watch is an integrated titanium bracelet with a folding clasp, featuring the same hand-filed asymmetric texture found on the case. It echoes natural surfaces and abstract stone finishes, offering a bold aesthetic distinct from standard Octo models.
