Breitling expands its performance-focused ethos with two new limited editions of the Endurance Pro, launched in celebration of the 2025 IRONMAN® World Championship events. For the first time in the collection’s history, the ultra-lightweight sports chronograph appears in a grade 2 titanium case, offering a more substantial yet still ergonomic feel. This new flagship edition honors the dual venues of Nice, France and Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, while a second model crafted in Breitlight® pays tribute to the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Marbella, Spain. Together, they signal a meaningful evolution in one of Breitling’s most athletic watch lines.
The Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship 2025 edition introduces a significant upgrade to Breitling’s sportiest line with the collection’s first-ever titanium case. Measuring 44mm in diameter and 12.5mm in thickness, the grade 2 titanium construction replaces the familiar polymer shell with a true metal architecture, which is 43% lighter than steel yet substantially more robust. The finish is brushed throughout, highlighting the utilitarian character of the piece, while the grey tone complements the cool palette of the dial and strap. For the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship 2025 edition, Breitling retains its proprietary Breitlight® case material. Also sized at 44mm by 12.5mm, this version offers exceptional weight reduction, which is 3.3 times lighter than titanium and 5.8 times lighter than steel, without sacrificing strength. Breitlight is thermally stable, hypoallergenic, non-magnetic, and highly resistant to traction, scratches, and corrosion. Its soft touch and matte texture set it apart from both metal and carbon-based composites.
Each case features a solid caseback engraved with the Ironman World Championship branding and race-specific references.
A flat sapphire crystal safeguards the dial and ensures distortion-free visibility during performance. Water-resistance can reach up to 100 meters (330 feet).
Each version of the Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship 2025 model features a unique dial design tailored to its respective edition. The titanium version, commemorating the full IRONMAN triathlon, showcases a gray base dial enhanced by black subdials and a blue inner bezel. The tri-compax layout includes a 1/10th second counter at 2 o’clock, small seconds at 6, and a 30-minute totalizer at 10. The blue Ironman logo replaces the Breitling “B” at 3 o’clock, while the date window sits cleanly between 4 and 5. The color palette reinforces the watch’s high-performance character, with crisp blue, white, and gray contrasts throughout.
The IRONMAN 70.3 edition opts for a more vivid aesthetic. It features a turquoise dial with color-matched subdials and a contrasting silver flange. Orange accents energize the central chronograph hand, subdial indicators, and branding elements, offering a modern and athletic vibe that echoes the championship’s Andalusian-inspired branding. The Ironman logo once again appears at 3 o’clock, maintaining visual consistency across the models. Both dials are highly legible under varying light conditions thanks to oversized Arabic numerals and large hands.
Luminescent coating is applied to the central hour and minute hands, ensuring readability during early morning training sessions or nighttime competitions.
