Like its GMT sibling, it features a meteorite dial, cut from Swedish space rock, but it elevates the offering further with black chronograph subdials, an open caseback, and a more muscular profile. This edition speaks to collectors who value exclusivity, mechanics, and bold design in equal measure.
The case of the Chronomat B01 42 Erling Haaland is crafted entirely from 18k red gold, measuring 42mm in diameter with a robust thickness of 15.10mm. It features a mix of brushed and polished finishes throughout its surface, including on the signature raised rider tabs along the bezel, which are a defining element of the Chronomat series. The integrated lugs smoothly transition into either the matching red-gold rouleaux bracelet or a black rubber strap, both offering a bold and luxurious aesthetic.Turning the watch over reveals a sapphire crystal caseback that showcases the in-house movement within. The caseback is engraved with Haaland’s signature goal celebration pose and includes the limited edition number out of 250. Its generous diameter and screw-down construction provide a solid and dependable housing for the column-wheel chronograph mechanism inside.It comes equipped with two polished pushers to operate the chronograph functions, positioned on either side of a fluted “onion” crown that offers excellent grip and visual balance.
