Bell & Ross BR 05 Skeleton Gold
The “BR05 collection” was initially introduced with a series of simple dials in accordance with the brands standard aesthetics of high legibility. But, after establishing this model line as a crowd pleaser Bell & Ross began to widen its appeal. Back in 2019 they released a steel skeletonized dial, which is now followed up by the more luxurious "Bell & Ross BR 05 Skeleton Gold".The 40mm case is made of 18k rose with a satin-polished finish all crafted in a shape reminiscent of the classic Bell & Ross circle in a square format. Mounted to the case is a fixed rounded out square bezel with exposed screws.
On the flip-side we have an exhibition case back, which allows a view to the inner workings of the mechanical movement and continues the exposed theme found on its dial. The central portion is adorned with the Bell & Ross ampersand "&" logo and the unique numeral for each of these limited editions. It comes equipped with a setting-crown surrounded by crown guards, which give the case an overall concise and compact look. The crown has also been engraved with the ampersand logo that Bell & Ross is renown for. All topped by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, which assists with water-resistance reaching up to 100 meters (330 feet).
Time is exhibited on a skeleton dial that leaves all its shiny intricacies exposed with a golden elegance worthy of admiration. Reading the current time is facilitated by gold applied hour index markers.Among the gears and grinds we can spot several purple colored jewels, while hovering above it engraved directly on the sapphire crystal is the “Bell & Ross” logo. The central gold hour, minutes hands and hour index markers have all undergone a luminescent filling, for an enhanced legibility.
