Bell & Ross BR 03-91 Diver Full Lum
Although we usually associate Bell & Ross with aviation theme watches, they’ve taken a deep dive on this new release. Structurally we encounter the same beloved circle within a square casing that has characterized this brand, since its inception. But, they meticulously added all the fundamental elements to make it a viable dive watch. Beside that the new “Bell & Ross Full Lume” certainly lives up to its moniker. Its full luminescence highly improve the probability of retrieval, even if it were to drift towards the depths of the seas.
The 42mm circle within a square case is made of matte black ceramic with a solid case back. Mounted to the case is a unidirectional rotating bezel with a 60-minute diving scale.
All topped by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. Water-resistance on this watch can reach up to 300 meters (984 feet), while regular “BR 03” usually only resist up to 100 meters (330 feet).
Time is exhibited on a luminescent green painted all Super-Luminova dial with oblong & round hour index markers and circling around the dial is a series of smaller minute index markers.
These diversified blackened index markers and central hands have all undergone a luminescent filling, for enhanced legibility.
This ultra-phosphorescent green light has a very long durability in the dark, offering a continued optimal reading of time even in complete darkness.
Bell & Ross have stated time indications are readable at 25 cm in the dark.

The “Bell & Ross BR 03-91 Diver Full Lum“ (Ref#: BR0392-D-C5-CE/SRB) is powered by the self-winding mechanical movement, caliber BR-CAL.302 with 25 jewels, and 28,800 vph. It is based on the Sellita SW 300-1 movement. Power reserve on this watch can last up to 42 hours, when fully wound.
