40mm Vintage Steel And 18k YG Black Swiss Only Dial Circa 1998

This 16613 Sub is in great shape for a piece that has been on and off the wrist since 1998. Watch shows normal signs of wear but lugs are meaty and the bracelet is tight for its age. The original green Rolex hologram is still intact on the case back which is a big plus. Please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.

Case is made of stainless steel with brush-finished lugs and high-polish finished sides. Mounted atop the case is an 18k yellow gold unidirectional diver's bezel that is paired with a black bezel insert. Both crown and case back are screw down. As for the oyster bracelet, it features high-polish finished 18k yellow gold center links and brush-finished outer links. The bracelet currently fits up to a 7.5 inch wrist comfortably.

Time and date are displayed on a black swiss only (transitional, last year before swiss made dials) dial that is accompanied by luminescent filled hands as well as luminous hour markers. Located at the 3 o'clock position is a magnified date window.

Service history is unknown, however, the watch passed through our in-house service center and passed the quality control tests which implies that it is running up to manufacturer's standards. The watch will undergo another set of quality control tests before being shipped. A full one year warranty and certificate of authenticity will be issued.
