Case is made of blue ceramic and equipped with blue ceramic push-buttons as well as crown. Mounted atop the case is a blue ceramic bezel ring with liquidmetal tachymetre-scale. As for the strap, it is blue leather with white stitching and equipped with a blue ceramic titanium foldover clasp. 

Functions are displayed on an ceramic blue dial that is accompanied by 18k white gold index hour markers as well as 18k white gold filled hands. The beauty of this dial takes its name from the color of the dark blue sky. The moonphase indication features a blue ceramic moonphase disc with near and far sides of the moon in liquidmetal. All of this is powered by Omega's co-axial master chronometer 9904. 

Featured on the dial:
- Small seconds and date sub-dial at 9 o'clock.
- Large central 60-second counter hand.
- 60-minute and 12-hour counter sub-dial at 3 o'clock.
- Moon phase indicator sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
