43mm Palladium Day and Night Retrograde Moon Phase 2018

Here we have a rare Rotonde day and night in palladium that is in great shape for a previously enjoyed watch. It does have minor signs of ordinary wear on the side of the case (more visible in pictures than the naked eye) but other than that it is a crisp watch. The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). Included with the watch is the original Cartier winder box, loupe and papers (dated 2018). Additionally, the watch includes Cartier service records from March 2021.

The case is made of a mirror-finished palladium and equipped with an exhibition case back. It is currently mounted on a Cartier black leather strap (approximately 80% condition) and that is paired with a Cartier 18k white gold deployment buckle. 

The dial is a piece of art in itself. You have a gorgeous silver guilloche dial accompanied by a Breguet blued steel hand (minute hand). The hours are indicated in the decoratively engraved center disc on the north end that displays a either a sun or moon pointing at the hour and this is done in a retrograde manner. The retrograde moon phase display is in the circular apertures at the bottom of the dial. 

This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy. We will issue receipts and a certificate of authenticity and test it once again prior to delivery. This watch will be backed by our in-house warranty.
