40mm True Second Steel Silver Dial 2017

This Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic True Second  501.8.T0.S is in excellent condition for a previously enjoyed watch. The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). Pictures are part of the description so please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.

Included with the watch are the original JLC papers, which were dated in 2017, as well as a JLC travel box (the original presentation box is not included).

What makes this model special is the True Seconds feature, which allows for the large central seconds hand to tick by the second making it a more precise movement. 

The case is made of stainless steel with a mirror-finish on the top of the case and a satin finish on the sides of the case not including the crown which is of a mirror finish. Mounted atop the case is a high mirror-finished stainless steel smooth bezel. It is paired with an unworn black leather Jean-Rousseau strap (high quality Paris-made) that is accompanied by a stainless steel JLC double folding deployment buckle.

Functions are shown on a silver dial with luminous hands and index hour markers. These functions include hours, minutes, seconds and date.

This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy. We will issue receipts and a certificate of authenticity and test it once again prior to delivery. This watch will be backed by our 24-month in-house warranty.
