40mm 18k White Gold Manual Wind

This 81180 Patrimony dress watch is in excellent condition for a previously enjoyed watch. The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). Pictures are part of the description so please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.

Included with the watch is a Vacheron travel box (the original presentation box is not included).

The case is made of a mirror-finished 18k white gold, as is the bezel mounted atop. As for the case back, it is also of 18k white gold but displays a satin finish. It is currently mounted on a blue Vacheron Constantin leather strap (approximately 85% condition) and that is paired with an 18k white gold Vacheron Constantin tang buckle.

Time is displayed on an elegant and simple silver dial with white gold applied hands and index hour markers. 

This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy. We will issue receipts and a certificate of authenticity and test it once again prior to delivery. This watch will be backed by our 24-month in-house warranty.
