39mm Annual Calendar Moon 18k YG Cream Dial

This 5146J is in outstanding condition for a previously enjoyed watch. The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). The case is made of a mirror-finished 18k yellow gold as is the fixed bezel mounted atop. It is paired with an unworn Patek Philippe black leather strap that is equipped with a Patek Philippe 18k yellow gold deployment buckle. 

Functions are displayed on a cream colored dial that is accompanied by luminescent filled yellow gold hands as well as yellow gold applied index and Arabic numeral hour markers.

Featured on the dial:
- Date aperture at 6 o'clock.
- Day sub-dial at 10 o'clock.
- Month sub-dial at 2 o'clock.
- Power reserve indicator at 12 o'clock.
- Moon phase display at 6 o'clock. 

This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy. We will issue receipts and a certificate of authenticity and test it once again prior to delivery. This watch will be backed by our 24-month in-house warranty.
