38mm Vintage Gulf Steve McQueen LTD ED

Here we have a Monaco CW2118 that is in excellent condition for a previously enjoyed watch. The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). Pictures are part of the description so please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.

Included with the watch are TAG Heuer box and papers as well as the original black leather strap that was on the watch (used condition).

This piece was released in 2005 with only 4000 examples to exist to pay tribute to American actor Steve McQueen. The white dial with blue and red accents were designed to resemble the driving suit he wore in the film Le Mans. 

The case is of stainless steel, displaying a combination of mirror and satin finishes to give it a bit of contrast. As for the bezel mounted on top, it is of only satin-finished stainless steel. It is currently mounted on non-TAG Heuer black leather strap (approximately 85% condition) and that is paired with a TAG-Heuer stainless steel deployment buckle.

Functions are displayed on a white dial with a blue and red stripes down the right side. Those functions include hours, minutes, sub-seconds, date and chronograph. 

This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy. We will issue receipts and a certificate of authenticity and test it once again prior to delivery. This watch will be backed by our in-house warranty.
