The case is made of a mirror finish 18k yellow gold including the crown with the diamond set. Mounted atop the case is an 18k yellow gold mirror finish diamond bezel. Paired with the watch is a black leather strap with an 18k yellow gold deployant buckle. 

The watch is set with  1,156 diamond carats, 1 Briolette-cut diamonds, and 117 brilliant-cut diamonds. The clasp is made of .1638 diamond carats with 28 brilliant cut diamonds. The dial includes .08 carats of a Pear cut diamond.

These functions are shown on a mother of pearl dial with arabic hour markers, a pear shaped diamond on the 6 o'clock hour marker and blue sword hands. These functions include hours and minutes.
