The entire watch is made of stainless steel. Case has high-polish finished sides and brush-finished lugs, bezel is high-polish finished, case back has a combination of both, bracelet is mostly brush-finished with the exception of the sides which are high-polish finished. Both the crown and case back are screwed down. 

Functions are displayed on a celebration motif dial dial that is accompanied by luminescent filled index hour markers. The celebration motif design features bubbles of various sizes surrounded by black, inspired by the bright colors of the lacquered dials. The background color is turquoise blue, and the bubbles are in candy pink, yellow, coral red, and green. This new design captures a festive and lively vibe, adding a pop of color to the classic Rolex look. These functions include hours, minutes, and seconds.
