As we enter the season of shiny lights and multiple decorations, Vacheron Constantin adorns its Overseas Tourbillon with a dazzling display of diamonds. Introduced to the esteemed luxury sports Overseas line back in 2019, this Tourbillon model showcases a sleek design owing to Vacheron Constantin’s ultra-thin tourbillon caliber 2160. This newest addition to the Overseas Tourbillon range stands out as the first to feature a white gold case paired with a distinctive blue dial, accentuated by an extravagant arrangement of 85 baguette-cut diamonds, scattered throughout the bezel, dial, and multiple buckles.The 42.5mm cushion-shaped case with a 10.39mm height is made of 18k white gold with vertically brushed surfaces and polished accents.Mounted to the case is a fixed two part bezel that comes set with 60 baguette-cut diamonds. The distinct decorations and special edge on the watch have become standout features that define the "Overseas" model.On the flip-side is a sapphire exhibition caseback that allows a view into the inner workings of the mechanical movement. It features a peripheral gold rotor inscribed with the VC logo on its bottom half and other embellishments.It comes equipped with a screw-down fluted crown embossed with a Maltese cross. This watch was also constructed with a soft-iron casing ring that provides anti-magnetic protection. Water-resistance can reach up to 50 meters (164 feet).Time is exhibited on a translucent blue lacquer dial with applied 18k white gold hour markers set with 9 baguette-cut diamonds, followed by a white printed minute track. The dial doesn’t have any gradient effect but the flange appears in a slightly darker velvet finish with a 60-minute scale with Arabic numerals for every 5-minute increment.On most of the lower-half we encounter a large opening housing a one-minute tourbillon under a bercé-polished bridge, also framed by another railroad track, which allows it to include a small-seconds in its midst.The central sword-shaped gold hands have both undergone a luminescent coating, for an enhanced legibility.

The “Vacheron Constantin Tourbillon High Jewellery” (Ref#: 6007V/210G-B955) is powered by the in-house self-winding mechanical movement, caliber 2160 with 30 jewels, 188 components, and 18,000 vph. It comes equipped with a peripheral rotor.
