This model was designed to resemble the original skipper watch from 1968. The watch features a modern touch with the "glass box" design.
The case is made of stainless steel, displaying mostly a mirror finish with the exception of the the sides which show a satin finish. It is paired with a blue fabric strap that is accompanied by a stainless steel deployment buckle.
Functions are shown on a navy blue dial that is complimented with hints of teal, green and orange. The teal shades on the sub-dials pay homage to boat "the intrepid" which raced in the America's cup. These functions include hours, minutes, sub-seconds, date, and chronograph.
