This 2005 Datejust 36 is in overall excellent condition, ready to be put on the wrist and enjoyed once more. There are some minor blemishes on the bezel that are much harder to spot with the naked eye compared to high resolution pictures, but the integrity is there with the fluted ridges that are still crisp. The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). Watch comes with Original Rolex Box and Papers, dated 2005.
The case is of stainless steel, most of which displays a mirror finish with the exception of the case back that has some satin finish to it. Mounted atop the case is a mirror-finished 18k yellow gold fluted bezel. The crown is also of 18k yellow gold and screws down into the watch to keep it water-resistant up to 100 meters. It is currently mounted on a two tone jubilee bracelet that fits up to an approximate 7 inch wrist.
Time and date are displayed on a black dial that is accompanied by yellow gold applied hands and Arabic numeral hour markers.
Service history is unknown, however, the watch passed through our in-house service center and passed the quality control tests which implies that it is running up to manufacturer's standards. The watch will undergo another set of quality control tests before being shipped. A full one year warranty and certificate of authenticity will be issued.
