Case is made of high-polish finished 18k white gold as is the fluted bezel that is mounted atop. Screwed into the case is a solid 18k white gold crown  and a solid 18k white gold case back. The presidential bracelet is of the same material, with high-polish finished center links and brush-finished outer links. 

Time, day and date are displayed on a white dial which is accompanied by a combination of index and roman numeral hour markers. Located at the 3 o'clock position is a magnified date window and at the 12 o'clock position is a day aperture.
