This 25940SK Rubber Clad chrono is in like new condition, indistinguishable from an unworn piece. It underwent a full factory service in 2022, those service papers are included as well as the box and paper set. Pictures are part of the description so please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.

Case is made of stainless steel, most of which is brush-finished with the exception of the bevels that are high-polish finished to give it a beautiful contrast. Mounted atop the case is a black rubber clad bezel and that is accompanied by black rubber clad pushers and crown. Currently mounted on the watch is an unworn RubberB black rubberized sail-cloth strap that is paired with an AP stainless steel tang buckle. 

Functions are displayed on a black waffle pattern dial that is accompanied by luminescent filled hands, Arabic numeral hour markers and silver sub-dials. 

Featured on the dial:
- Small seconds sub-dial at 12 o'clock.
- Date window at 3 o'clock.
- Large central 60-second counter hand.
- 30-minute counter sub-dial at 9 o'clock.
- 12-hour counter sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
