This BDu Chronometer is in mint condition for a watch that was manufactured in approximately 2004. Clean piece with no signs of cosmetic damage. Please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.
A total of 100 units were manufactured of this limited edition. For those that do not know BDu stands for big date unique. These models were injected into the Japanese market only, which makes it a rare find.
Case is made of high-polish finished 18k rose gold, as is the bezel mounted atop. The solid case back is 18 rose gold as well with a high-polish finished rim and an embossed center with the old Ulysse Nardin Crest. Currently mounted on the watch is an unworn Hirsch black leather skin strap on an 18k rose gold Ulysse Nardin tang buckle.
Time and date are displayed on a white enamel dial that is accompanied by luminescent filled blued hands and black Arabic numeral hour markers. A double-window big date aperture is located at the 2 o'clock position.
Service history is unknown, however, the watch passed through our in-house service center and passed the quality control tests which implies that it is running up to manufacturer's standards. The watch will undergo another set of quality control tests before being shipped. A full one year warranty and certificate of authenticity will be issued.
