The case is 18 Karat yellow gold with a high polish finish. The yellow gold bezel is set with 115 brilliant cut factory Cartier diamonds, which adds up to 0.90 karats. The crown is yellow gold set with a cabochon sapphire, and rests under a yellow gold crownguard. 

The dial is silver with black roman numeral hour markers and an inner index minute track. The hands are blued stainless steel. 

Mounted to the watch is a 18 karat yellow gold Cartier bracelet with a high polish finish. Closing the bracelet is a yellow gold Cartier hidden double-folding clasp. The blue material covering the bracelet is a protective coating applied by the manufacturer.
