The case is made of mostly brush-finished black ceramic with hints of high-polish beveled edges. Mounted atop the case is a brush-finished blue ceramic bezel with high-polish finished beveled edges. The push button's are made of blue ceramic and are attached to a sand blasted titanium pushpiece guards. The crown is made of the same material and is a screw-locked mechanism.
Time is displayed on a Smoked blue dial with “Mega Tapisserie” pattern, rhodium-toned counters, black inner bezel, white gold arabic numerals and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating.

- Large central 60-second counter hand.
- Small seconds at 12 o'clock
- 30 minute counter at 9 o'clock
- 12 hour counter at 6 o'clock
