The case is made of mostly brush-finished black ceramic with hints of high-polish beveled edges. Mounted atop the case is a brush-finished 18-carat pink gold bezel with high-polish finished beveled edges. The push button's are made of black ceramic and are attached to a sand blasted 18-carat pink gold pushpiece guards. The crown is made of the same material and is a screw-locked mechanism.

Time is displayed on a Smoked grey dial with “Mega Tapisserie” pattern, rhodium-toned counters, silver-toned inner bezel, pink gold arabic numerals and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating.
