This vintage Speedy pre-Moon is in overall good shape for a timepiece that was manufactured in approximately 1970. Two things worth pointing out is the play in the bracelet and a blemish on the case opposite the crown. Please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.

At one point in time, this piece went to Omega and they replaced the bezel as well as the hands. Case back features only the Speedmaster logo, no mention of the moon landing. The watch does come on the original 1039/516 bracelet which is a big plus. According to the clasp code, the bracelet was manufactured in the fourth quarter of 1970. It currently fits up to a 7 inch wrist comfortably. 

Time is displayed on an original black tritium dial with index hour markers that have already begun to show patina.

Service history is unknown, however, the watch passed through our in-house service center and passed the quality control tests which implies that it is running up to manufacturer's standards. The watch will undergo another set of quality control tests before being shipped. A full one year warranty and certificate of authenticity will be issued.
